
Core Return Guidelines

All cores must be returned freight prepaid to:

International returns must be sent through the customer’s chosen freight forwarder as “DDP” (Delivery Duty Paid), including customs clearance paid and arrangement for pre-paid delivery all the way to the address above.

Cores must be received within 60 days of the invoice date. Credit will not be issued for cores received after 60 days.

Only cores with matching classification codes as the exchange unit ordered will be accepted.

A packing list must be included, detailing:

Company name and address
-
Contact name and phone number
-
Core code, part number, or invoice/order reference

Credits without invoice/order reference will default to the oldest applicable invoice.

Cores must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Returned cores must be complete and in "off-engine" condition.

Cores must not be disassembled or damaged by improper handling or storage.

Electronic injectors with broken stator terminals are not accepted unless specified.

Light surface rust is acceptable; heavy rust or pitting is not.

Credit will only be issued for owed cores. Excess cores will be scrapped or returned at the customer’s expense.

Discrepancies will be communicated and require a response within 10 days.

Broken tips (nozzles) on Cummins ISX & CAT 7000 Series are not accepted.
